For a full-head application, we generally recommend approximately 150–200 grams, although the amount required will depend on your natural hair thickness, application method and desired volume.

For the best possible installation, your natural hair should be thoroughly cleansed before application to remove oils, product build-up and residue that may contribute to slippage.

Avoid applying conditioner, oils or styling products near the roots immediately before installation, We reccomend washing your hair with our Beautify Extension Prep Shampoo immediately before installation.

Weft hair extensions offer versatility in application and are best applied by a professional. Here are the most popular methods:

• Beaded Weft: Small silicone beads are used to attach sections of the weft to your natural hair without glue or heat. This method is gentle and can be adjusted easily.
• Sew-In (Braided): Your natural hair is braided close to the scalp, and the weft is sewn in along the braid. This method is secure and long-lasting, especially for thick hair.
• Glue-In (Bonded): A bonding agent is used to attach the weft directly to your hair. This is a quicker method, but it may not last as long as sew-in or beaded methods.
• Clip-In Wefts: For temporary wear, weft hair can also be applied using clips. This option is perfect for occasional use and easy at-home styling.

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the softness and appearance of your extensions while helping keep the attachment points secure.

Use products specifically suitable for human hair extensions and avoid products containing sulphates, alcohol, keratin or protein. Conditioners, oils and leave-in products should be applied primarily through the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the attachment points to help minimise slippage.

Our Beautify Leave-In Conditioner can help replenish moisture and manage dryness, frizz and tangling, while our Pure Guardian Angel Heat Protectant should always be used before curling, straightening or heat styling.
